O cenário mundial foi subitamente modificado pelo novo Coronavírus, o tão falado COVID-19. Em virtude da pandemia, pessoas foram retiradas de suas atividades rotineiras, a fim de minimizar os impactos de contaminação. Trabalhos e estudos tiveram de ser remanejados imediatamente para um novo-velho ambiente. Os rituais sociais, por exemplo, a expressão do afeto, precisaram ser substituídos por telas, visando ao distanciamento social, o que não significa exclusão de amorosidade, não se esqueça disso!
É inegável que incertezas perpassam por este momento, pois lidamos com uma considerável perda de controle da realidade, sendo tocados pelo medo de diversas formas. Medo da contaminação, medo por quem amamos, medo das finanças e da falta de adesão a bens de consumos básicos. Medo de um mundo “diferente” do que vivíamos anteriormente à pandemia – e como se adequar a ele.
A Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) divulgou algumas orientações para minimizar as consequências psicológicas decorrentes deste cenário. Destaco as seguintes:
– Cuidado com as informações: Receber e pesquisar informações são importantes, mas em excesso pode causar aumento de preocupação, incertezas e ansiedade. Veja apenas o necessário, verifique a fidedignidade da informação e não se conecte o tempo todo a notícias sobre o cenário atual. Lembre-se de que nem tudo é negativo e há relatos positivos também.
– Estabeleça uma rotina: Tente realizar suas atividades no horário habitual que elas seriam feitas normalmente. Rotinas são relevantes para a saúde mental e a promoção de autocuidado.
– Conecte-se socialmente: É valioso comunicar-se com amigos e familiares. Utilize-se da tecnologia para fortalecer suas conexões. A fala alivia os sintomas, principalmente, quando os sentimentos são compartilhados mutuamente.
– Saúde e bem-estar: Procure exercitar-se e se alimentar bem. Beba água. Descubra atividades que podem ser terapêuticas para você, por exemplo, leituras de livros, meditação (também pode ser música, dança, desenho, jardinagem…).
É importante ressaltar que nem sempre as atividades propostas terão êxito e está tudo bem! Está tudo bem não conseguir realizar todas as atividades estabelecidas para um determinado dia ou não conseguir ser totalmente produtivo. Acontece, não se culpe e não desista do processo. Contudo, é necessário que dias assim sejam exceções, ok?
Aprenda mais sobre você, seja realista e não entre em pânico. Fale, reconheça a hora de pedir ajuda. Lembre-se de que é uma situação passageira. Você não está sozinho(a)!
